Jim, I think this is almost standard procedure.Look at another one on the VSE for MMR.It has a symbol also but does not trade there that I know of.I think it is a symbol reservation thing or courtesy by the Nasdaq OTC BB.Now if it were the Nasdaq small cap or big board then we could raise the roof....LOL
