Nothing wrong with FLC paying off the 10 1/4% notes. I believe their more recent mid-to-long term facilities were several percentage points lower.

On another topic, the FGI announcement sounds great. The market may buy it or sell it -- I don't know, and I don't care -- the business is doing nicely, and eventually the price will reflect that. Big Dog called it.
