SEATTLE, Feb. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- SoundWorks International, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: SOWK) -- a multi-media entertainment,manufacturing and marketing content company -- announces that its Board of Directors has authorized a dividend of four shares for each share currently held, effective as of the close of business on Thursday, February 11, 1999.
