IMO, It would be a great leap of faith to think that the Hunt's can be taken by surprise.

It is said that the Hunts got burned in early Feb. of '98 when Smith Management pulled the plug on Western Pacific Airlines [WPACQ] Chapter 11, and the Hunts dumped about 4 Million shares at about .03 shares which I believe had been bought for over $1.00 in late '96 - early '97.

WPACQ's is still trading [at about .001] and the historical charts are still available, as are the SEC filings.

However, "once burned - twice shy" and I think they are going to watch this one like a hawk.
