As far as I know it was not a result of a RS, Ed Salmon told me the stock was trading at around 20 bucks, but old mgmt screwed up bigtime and the price was hammered down over the past few years, all new mgmt is now in place and we will hopefully see the fruits of their labor soon, there is a great deal of money to be made in this sector, and very little competition...all we need are a few juicy contracts and we will be on our way,
