I just read the full text of Armstrong's speech, and I don't
find the statements regarding allowing AOL, or anyone, to
access the cable lines. The speech was today, at
the national press club. The press release which claims
to quote from this speech has a bad link to the full text,
but I found it elsewhere:

EDIT - ok, I see some comments here:

but still not a word about it in the supposed 'actual transcript'.
