Do you mean yesterdays 80 NEW LOWS ? When you say New HIGHS and New LOWS do you include both NYSE and NAZDAQ. Agreed that todays rally lacked conviction but that could be attributable to anxiousness over Greenspans testimony. But I agree that market internals look terrible. Anindo
