OK Doug, your Roman posts are REALLY starting to bore me. I didn't have time for his stupidity the first time, much less now. Got me an Annual Report today. Laughed REALLY hard. These guys are very clever assholes Over $500,000.00 in related party transactions. Who needs an official salary and/or stock options or even worry about share value if as a director of the company you can charge over a $100,000.00 for "consulting" services. Crooks. plain and simple Forget about trying to do anything about it Doug as 3 companies (CDS & Co., Roycan & Co., and Cede & Co.) control over 93% of Fairmile.
