Flodyie - I haven't been in a courtroom in 16 years. I assume you know the difference between a litigator and a corporate/securities or health-care attorney, don't you? And the difference between an informal "inquiry" and an SEC "investigation"? Just as I know the difference between a worthless company and one that is being unfairly targeted by a vicious group of organized short-sellers. My understanding is that SFLK management is guilty of naivete and, at worst, a poor choice of promoter.
BTW I cannot, and do not, trade in the securities of my firm's clients, but thanks for posting the link to my bio on the firm's web site. Anyone who questions who I am can now find out very easily. And you're right about the class action angle - if I'm being scammed by SFLK or its promoter, I intend to sue the crap out of them. But it just ain't so, IMO.
If you want to cast aspersions on me personally for believing that Softlink is for real, feel free, because I'm comfortable that my reputation as a straight shooter and a decent human being will endure. I would just like to caution you to keep it factual, for obvious reasons <g>.
I'd be curious to hear some feedback from other readers here. Do any of the shorters' posts make you think there's a problem with SFLK? Is anyone going to simply cave in and sell because of their innuendo? Does anyone have a problem with my continuing to post here? I don't want to be a lightning rod for these guys' attacks, since lawyers can be easy targets (just remember I'm not a litigator!). Thanks - Eric |
