<<Then of course there is your (short) position on TAVA >>

I've taken large short position twice in TAVA. The first I covered at a significant profit, the second one in early January after TAVA was reinflated. I was right the first time and I'm right again...that's why I have the money.

<<Explain to this board why you think that TAVA is a fraud>>

TAVA's stock price rose a result of a fraudulent stock promotion scheme based on hopes of a Y2K windfall. The company itself is not a fraud. The stock promotion scheme is.

<<I think I'll sell my CPU position tomorrow now that I know you own it.>>

Frankly, I don't care. Unlike zealots who follow fraudulent companies or overhyped companies, I don't make the buying and selling of shares a personal issue; but if you are concerened about my opinion (and from the tone of your letter it's obvious that my opinion concerns you a great deal...as it should), in the short term that may prove to be a good move, since it may continue to thrash for a while. In the long run you'd be making a terrible mistake.
