FYI: Today, the company filed the definitive proxy for the special meeting to change the company's name to Tanner's Restaurant Group and to increase the number of authorized shares to 200,000,000; the meeting will be held on March 12th. It says that the proxies will be mailed on or about February 10th(today) to all shareholders of record as of February 3rd. IMO, it sure would be nice if they would submit a new corporate profile on Edgar so that an accurate representation of the company's business would show up in MarketGuide, Yahoo, etc. Needless to say, the stock's performance since the merger closed has been poor. Old information that reflects the pitiful sales figures of Harvest (when it had no restaurants open) that we find in MarketGuide and other sources obviously do not help the situation.
