Would it help at all if I said the little thread I started is sort of tongue-in-cheek? If you read it over again, I hope you'll see that *some* humor is evident. It's not supposed to be just a complaint box.

I do appreciate all the fine insights you all regularly provide. And I'm sure others do as well. You are what makes SI.

I'm sorry to have offended. Perhaps I'll just ask the webmistress to delete that thread. But I do feel it serves some needs, and may generate some interesting responses.
