Got all that I need for now. Am really enjoying the trial and am impressed with your product. Easy to use and very intuitive. I love the direct access the Island ECN. I know I would have saved some money if I had used a Level 2 system in the past. Thanks for taking the time for stepping me through the basics today.

Here are some suggestions on improvements. Most are pretty obvious, and I assume you are working on them, but thought I would pass them along:

1. Would like to trade BB:OTC stocks on QL. I can see and track stocks like WCTI, a BB:OTC stock, but can't trade it electronically. That may not be possible because of the way BB stocks are traded, but wanted to mention it anyway.
2. Would like to trade options.
3. System is a tad unstable. Nothing to be really worried about, and I assume that is because you are adding functionality very quickly. Also, I assume that it may be due to the fact that I am going through the Internet and not a direct Frame Relay link. However, getting an appication abort, or "lost quoteserver link" message while I was trading real $$$ would be somewhat nerveracking.
4. Having a chat room facility to talk to other traders would be very useful. The email function looks good, just don't know how dynamic that is.
5. Setting up direct links to banks for transfering $$$ in and out would facilitate me getting an account setup.
