Bear - I have to say it was a pleasure to read an outwardly friendly post to me since I cringed a bit when I saw it was to me <g>. I hope you're sincere. My firm has very few public clients, and I've never been personally compensated by any of them, owned stock in any of them or any of their competitors, or made any published statement regarding any of them or any of their competitors. Some of them are and have been microcaps, while others are larger and very successful NASDAQ- and NYSE-traded companies.
If you read through my past posts on the mostly tiny "home run" stocks I like to invest in (several of which have been 5-, 10- or 20-baggers and others of which have been hideous failures <g>), you'll see that I'm happy to volunteer information on subjects I'm familiar with, just as I rely on other people who are computer types or who have accounting or marketing backgrounds, or whatever. For example, Avalon Group (AVAL), a tiny company whose stock I own, is about to be taken private at a price of .25/share (plus accumulated deficit) by a company that will likely have a hot "Internet/health and wellness" IPO by summertime. Since AVAL is incorporated in Nevada, I've posted a lot of Nevada corporate law as well as Federal securities law information on that thread.
I hope I'm not off base in looking forward to a civil, factual discussion of the merits and risks of an investment in SFLK on this thread. Flodyie, is that OK with you too? Let me know either on the thread or via PM if I might be in a position to help you guys in any way -- but let's fight REAL scam companies and not just perceived "vulnerable" ones like Softlink, OK?
