Sorry, I stated I was looking at a 2 year chart, but I was actually looking at a five year chart. It appears that there was a cup and handle with the handle beginning towards the end of 97 and completing around march of 98. Price appreciation since then.

Then again, I am not a TA person. Several others stated they looked back to 1991 and don't see a handle formation. I don't see one forming now, but historically I think there was a cup formed between 1991 through the end of 1997 with a handle from the end of 1997 through the beginning of 1998 and a breakout thereafter.

Then again, what do I know. I've got two fingers of gin in my coffee.
