According to the IDTI's January plan, 400-600 MHz winchip-4 will not be out until about 18 months from now. You can find the article by the link techweb.com. However, given Perhman's credibility and the past execution of IDTI, one should not be surprised if it will come out few months later than the target day. The company has not made a penny of profit on Winchip yet.
