Any company that intends to use its stock as "currency" in doing acquisitions, compensating its employees with stock, stock option plans, etc., owes it to its existing shareholders to get the company's story out to the public so the stock will be properly valued in the public marketplace. Especially for an underfollowed OTC-BB stock, if that means hiring a promoter, that's fine with me and with the SEC so long as it's properly disclosed. In Softlink's case, it is. If anyone has a problem with this or doesn't understand the point, please let me know and I'd be glad to amplify. I'm an attorney with much familiarity with securities law matters, but in the case of SFLK I am strictly an investor and cannot speak for or vouch for the company. The bottom line is, please don't read inflammatory statements like Flodyie's initial post on this unnecessary new thread without reviewing the entire MAIN thread for SFLK. You'll read about the company's products from people who have used them and can confirm that they are real. If you think I was foolish to invest in SFLK (at an average cost of $2.15/share <g>), or to continue holding it, please let me know!

Should the SEC halt trading in a little company whose only sin was hiring an overly aggressive PR firm? -- what do YOU think? Thanks- Eric
