badon, I cant find the Motley Fool article now, but if I remember correctly, they were talking about the difference in growth between LCOS and USA. Lycos was growing at over 100% and USA at 15-20%. Therfore, the valuations would be different because of the growth. But I can't find the article and dont remember it well enough to quote exactly. However, I did find this which does seem to indicate that in any event, CMGI should do well in the deal
