My understanding is that it is only a tiny sales office. The real operations are in Vancouver. I still don't understand why they incorporated in the U.S. instead of Canada. I am sure they have their reasons. Many companies incorporate in other places, usually Delaware.

Probably thought Silicon Valley magic would rub off on the stock.
