Thanks for the reply Henry. I read back through some of the posts and saw that you already explained about the Boston Exchange. It seems like a pure gamble based solely on the outcome of the court case.
Assuming they win and are allowed to drill, is the company in a position to begin building platforms, drilling and delivering? Or is their play simply to own the lease rights and sell out to a major if the resource estimates are accurate?

By the way have you looked into DOM this year? I believe they will be recalculating their resource estimates and releasing the results by end of March.
