Eric- I admire the way you're handling this. Most of the time when these individuals descend on a thread, the thread responds by either ignoring them or slandering their parentage, the latter accomplishing nothing except, perhaps, to propel the thread up the hot list--I've never seen anybody be NICE to them before! You're breaking new ground, and it will be interesting to see how that works out. It ought to confuse them, at least.
