You might be on to something here.... look at the last time this sucker ran up from this level to 29. It did it on the darkest days for the rest of the street (at least the start of it's upward move)... Seems that this stock gets "quiet" accumulation at this level before it gets "noticed". (don't forget how many shares got in with Qntm recently at the $25+ level not long ago.) Hope you are right. Pretty good day for SEG, too. These two stocks seems to go contra to much of the daily noise.
