On 9/7/85 Mark Smith, crushed by guilt, goes to local police dept. and confesses to the murder of Jane Doe. On 3/5/86 Mark Smith is convicted of murdering Jane Doe. On 6/8/91 Mark Smith is executed for the murder of Jane Doe. Positive proof that John Doe was executed for a crime he did not commit. Jim
