the repubs comprised right out of a trial. you either voted dem or it was partisan. why not ram through witness once the dems would not vote for 3 depositions and not 12? have all 12 witnesses live and no depositions if the dems would not vote for anything but no witnesses.

last year the senate did not pass a tax cut the house passed because the prez would veto it. let the prez veto it.
