Eric, be on your guards, #532 is not a nice post to you... I spoke to an investigator friend of mine tonight. He asked me to copy all their posts and forward them to him for thorough analysis. He believes that they are on very thin legal grounds. Manipulating stocks prices through false information, threats, innuendos, investor harassment, etc... is a Federal offence. Furthermore, he believes that they profit directly or indirectly from shorting the stocks and that can easily be proven by investigating their phone/fax/E-Mail/PM records. So far, they have been lucky, because they bullied troubled Companies and , as a result, nobody sued them. But when they screw up and attack a sound Company with satisfied investors who tell them to shove off, they can't use the "white knight in shinning armor" excuse any more. I will keep everyone posted as events on that new front unfold. Regards, F. Goelo + + + |
