PHXS Cautions

One factor which will serve as a brake on any rapid PHXS stock appreciation is the fact that they are still an OTC:BB stock. As I recall, they were supposed to achieve NASDAQ listing in 1995 (back when I first bought in 1994). We're still waiting. Anyone have info on when/if PHXS will move to NASDAQ?
