Merrill Lynch today (2/10) has cut its 4th Q 98 to $.48 giving the 98 year a $3.14 eps. Their outlook for 99 is $2.25 and for 00, $2.65. Biggest unknown , says ML, is Brazil. Northsea work has slowed, but west coast of Africa has a lot of biz coming up for bid. ML has not changed their rating (long term buy). Looking for $45 in 12 to 18mos
