It was a surprise to receive the fax this morning--I actually had almost resolved that the company would be virtually our only source of information, even for the verification of the existence of the contract. I had heard from a few in the industry that they had some familiarity with a Russian holography contract, but they seemed far removed. This was a welcome piece of news indeed!

Having suffered through the pathetic and fraudulent (IMO) activities of GNNX last year to a small degree, I've become quite wary of pie-in-the-sky sounding press releases. There is still much to discover, but this news is encouraging at the least. It strengthens my faith in HGRM, and gives me hope that their statement to me that payments are 'guaranteed by U.S. Banks' is also credible. If so, it will prove to be a profitable and wise move on HGRM's part IMO. Hopefully HGRM will address this specific issue clearly in an upcoming news release as this is without a doubt the issue of most concern to investors once the issue of the very existence of the contract has been resolved.

With a scheduled production of 300 million holograms in less than 7 weeks, representing 6% of the 5 billion slated for production in 1999 much more should be known and/or speculated about shortly. As busy as HGRM must be right now, I would think that some of these issues will need to be addressed by them very soon.

Wouldn't it be nice if payment is upon delivery? Six percent of $130 million is $7.8 million. Ted
