WRLB To Acquire All Internet Search Engines
Montreal, Canada, Feb. 10 /BS Newswire/ -- WRLB & Associates Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: Censored - news) announced it has reached an agreement to acquire all of the internet search engines in existence for a total of 100,000,000 shares of stock. Completion of the deal is contingent upon receiving a fairness opinion reflecting a sum valuation for all existing internet search engines of not less than ten (10) dollars.
Also announced is a proposed name change to wayneknowsandseesall.com for the new monopolistic search engine and implementation of a reverse one for ten thousand (1:10,000) common share split effective approximately February 23, 1999 to shareholders of record on February 22, 1996.
