It should be possible to resolve this difference by comparisons of actual past price movements.

The Jan 2001 120s haven't been trading for very long (they started on Jan 2) so there is no price rise to compare. On Feb 2, Dell closed at 108-5/8 and the Jan 120s closed at 39. Today, Dell closed at 97 and the Jan 120s closed at 31-3/8. So, Dell dropped 11-5/8 and the Jan 120s dropped 7-5/8. Or, the Jan 120s dropped .65 points for every 1 point drop in Dell stock. The delta on the Jan 120s is .62.
