That is a good question. Did you see scenario #2? This is not out of the question. I am very worried about the 100,000,000 shares being printed to buy out the film Co. already owned by "some of the managers of SHTV". Why do they need to print all these shares to buy out this CO.? Also the total deal is supposed to amount to $10,000,000 dollars..what does that tell you about the stock price? Both Co's did a combined sales of eight million dollars last year. The rally is un explainable..why has KAHI rallied? I thought when SHTV was moving it was because of insider buying. Why would they buy when most are about to split up 100,000,000 shares. Why would they buy when a 1 for 10 reverse was about to be implemented. The PR laid it all out in black and white this is a bad thing getting ready to happen (IMO). freak!!
