A fresh one from Edgar-Online...9 Feb 99 edgar-online.com It appears that BURR, EGAN, DELEAGE & CO. took place in the Furman Selz/BancBoston $16M placement last June. They're quartered in Boston. They also hold some warrants. Total 677K shares or 9.7% of class. Pretty impressive. Even the insider/institutional situation on the Yahoo insider links looks pretty good.
