Ernie, The whole problem with all engine additive companies, even the ones with better performing products than Formula 2000, is undercapitalization. That is why prolong did so well... not because it is any good, but because they had the money for the infomercials.
I recommend that you don't get too excited about the performance of the product, but remain focused on the marketing. Based on tests I performed personally, Formula 2000 is simply another Chlorinated Paraffin based engine additive ala(duralube, motorup, powerup, prolong, militec, etc.) that was aparently reverse engineered (except for the buffers and masking agents) from the Shield 22 product of the early 80's under USP# 4,963,290 by Thompson & Wilkins. The real deal, is located at www.polarshield.com Call & get a case.
Livin long & lovin it,
