question is - do they look at the date field?

at first thought I was thinking they didnt and just used relative bars - BUT, on second thought I think they probably do use date fields for weekly data - not TC2k, they just use the last 5 bars

but supercharts actually uses Friday's as the end of the week, therefore I assume there is a Y2k problem, and you would have yo upgrade software - presumably the packages will read the new TC2k files....

the most surprising routines use the date field - for example, with fm labs, if I loaded the data in the array backward, the exponential ma's just calculated "incorrect" results - but the adx routine caused an exception in the VB compiler - numbers are numbers, backwards or forwards, so I assume that the only thing that could really foul up a routine is dates that go backwards <G>

anyway I digress, now that I think of it, you will probably have to upgrade the data and software for the more sophisticated tech programs
