I am disgusted with Quote.com. I have been subcribed for nearly a month and was only able to log on the first week. I use(d) QCharts and was very impressed and pleased. Just as I was getting accustomed to in and ready to trade with it I was unable to log on and recevied the message: "Logon failed: User account not found". I can't believe it. They found my credit card account easily enough. I've re-registered, loaded differnet versions, sent numerous emails and still nothing. I'm currently updated to their beta 2.1 and have yet to be able to log on. I discovered one bug with the account billing and notified them accordingly. My old credit card expired "Thru 02/99" but at the beginning of this month when I rechecked my account it listed the still valid card as having an "invalid expiration date". I have triple checked the numbers and everything is accurate. I have now received my replacement card (which has the same card #) and entered the new expiration date for the new card. I am still not able to log on. The curious thing is my account stopped working on the afternoon of the 28th and I'd already been billed to the end of the month on my credit card so the problem shouldn't be with billing my card.

As you can see I am paying but not receiving. I am very disgusted with their ability to process my card to take my money but are unable to process my account so I can use it.

Any insight or advice would be appreciated. I'm on the verge of just cancelling the entire account and resubscribing but I'm sure they'd find good reason to cancel the new one on the old "cancel" order. Why give them the excuse to mess up again?
