I think a cutoff will be announced soon and a " REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT Will be used to get an accurate Head Count ..so far it looks like the cutoff maybe in March or late FEb and BTW The fact that it is going to be a trdaing day is important because Im going to have a live NASDAQ feed coming in and we are gonna go stock to stock and talk about what we see and how I read a live screen..LEVEL II and each and every market maker will be discussed .. My best friend will also be there,, and when you find out who he is ..It will be Huge surprise..He is a legend on Wall Street...He is a Market maker presently
