Roulette, I can't help laughing when I read your emails. Talking to a lawyer about a lawsuit against an IPO because you bought high and sold low??! Any lawyer with a IQ above 20 will be laughing their socks off. You've got to be kidding. If you want to hype/trash a stock, go to Yhoo message board.
