MKTW, Imperiale and DBCC worth $50-$100 today(.)

Message 7768090

all things equal...as of today...DBCC is arguably worth $50-$100/share(.) assuming Imperiale, CMS management, and all insiders/Directors whom are sick of the Hirschfield-Tessler entrenched faction simply put DBCC in play and correctly/responsibly thrown into a bidding war with C, INTU, YHOO, MKTW, RTRSY, SANWA, NWS, MSFT...we just don't like Hirschfield and Tessler and the simply preposterous Co-Chairmen/CEO paradigm for a <$100 million company and two Co-Chairmen/CEOs whom only 18 months ago did not believe in the viability of the Internet...[it was Imperiale's doing]...the lone President and simply whom should [post haste] replace both Hirschfield and Tessler and contemporaneously restructure the current embarassingly aging/out of touch with reality/Hirschfield-Tessler [allegedly] bought and paid-for entrenched Board of Directors...all previously documented and cited on this thread...Hirschfield's consistent shareholder unfriendly/hostile patterns and recent flagrant dumping of DBCCs shares as it showed its first signs of life is simply cause for immediate termination and class action litigation...
