Jerry, how is lfoc funded? where did/will the funding come from? is lfoc adequately funded to handle the gold and copper properties? if not, what is the plan? what is the plan for future relationship between lfoc and npec? who are the board members of lfoc? do any lfoc board members own npec stock? are any npec board members owners of lfoc or have options to lfoc stock or future ownership?
