Yeah I've been taking a look at shal.Wonder how solutions-net will trade.Do you know the percent of equity that Shal has retained in their spin-offs?I can't find anything on that.What are the SEC regs that allow them to do a spinoff this way?I hear Judd Pollock is building a huge position in this outfit.If Ivan L.comes in look out!
