Bob, As I understand it, no one can short an IPO for the first 30 days. But I think I read someone's comment that he shorted Perot systems from Waterhouse(?)the other day because he has very good relationship with his broker. Hard to believe anyway. As to the valuation, I am no expert and won't pretend to be one either:-) But I tend to ignore all the daily hypes and whinings you see on CNBC or other media. To me, I somewhat like the company as well as DCLK because I think Internet advertising will enjoy a period of rapid growth because of the paradigm shift to the net, especially in light of development of broadband technology, internet advertising/branding/interacting will be very much different and better than the present forms. Media/advertising company could grasp this opportunity for major revenue growth. On the other hand, I will not put a big portion of my portfolio into them, diversification is essential for long-term growth and sound sleep at night! Nevertheless, in the next couple of years, I think some of this type of companies may indeed hit big. Good luck. Tig
