So which issues deserver your money in this choppy, over-valued, and unpredictable market?
First two, and let me agree with Triffin here as his two in his earlier post are also my two here:
PCNTF - Recent high flying IPO that got a lot of attention. Came from 88 to a low of 26 or so in a very bad Inet market. Nice float, recently profitable and has nice market share, financial backing, and has been mentioned as the Asian AOL. I love issues like this that have been oversold so much after being such a high flyer. A couple of days of solid Inet growth and there is no telling what this issue could do. Ran about 5 points in the last 1/2 hour alone on Wed.
DRIV - Not quite as exciting but just as solid. Whats more, it is used broadly across the Inet. Quality company with solid services. On a true valuation basis, relative to Inets, I don't think you can go wrong here. Still downside risk of course, but if you have a longer term horizon, I believe you will be rewarded. Myself, looking to add DRIV long unless I can free up some quick trading capital.
SATH - Extremely over bought, not potentially oversold. Depends on what your feeling is with the valuation. But know that any recent Inet flyer that is this far off of its highs and still in the spotlight, is always still in play. I would not mind hazarding a smart entry trade on any reversal. Play it smart though with a tight stop.
ONSL - Uninteresting earnings as far as I can tell, but from what I am hearing....even though they were in line with estimates, many were expecting worse numbers. I like this issue and I really think it is only time before they are again noticed and the ebay comparisons begin again. At least, in the earnings they are seeing increased site hits and growth, hopefully number will improve over next quarter....but now with the numbers out of the way, some of the tension and anxiety will be out of the stock. Would be willing to trade this issue on further dips or into an Inet rally. However, if it does not start participating regularly in the rallies, cut it.
PROG - Only a matter of time until this company gets noticed. Not great for a day trade, but would not hesitate to add long shares here. Do a DD on them and their past two quarters of numbers....very impressive and yet they still get no attention. Love it!.
PQT - Not now. Low 4s, high 3s .... safe bet. Will be taken out eventually. Don't discount hype and rumor to move this issue a point when it drifts lower.
COOL - Jury still out. Loved it at 25..... need to do more DD. Looking for objective opinion. Liked this one along with DRIV.
