This trial has gotten bizarre.
As everyone on this thread knows, the major fallacy of the latest video was the comparison between Windows 3.1 and Windows 98, when the real comparison is between Windows 95 and Windows 98. Did the government even bother to point that out, or did they just go for the cheap and weaker shot-- 33.6 modem vs. 28.8.

Actually, as an academic, the whole testing thing bothers me. I would have been just as bothered with a 33.6 modem on the Windows 3.1 machine and a 28.8 on the Windows 98-- modems are notoriously fickle and they should have the exact same modem, period.
