When talking with ILNK CFO he said COMS was "drooling" over this technology.  Also when I asked him about the stock's performance he mentioned they had been approached by firm wanting to aquire ILNK, but they were not interested in "selling their birthright for a bowl of porridge".  In an interview with Bloomberg several months ago the CEO said ILNK would be profitable in the 4th qtr, and that revenues were growing over 40% qtr to qtr.

My analysis: Sounds like a line of bull for the MLM IR's from the CFO. Company is growing expenses faster then they are growing their revenues (economies of scale aren't there as they keep selling long distance for rates below cost. Additionally, the likelihood that ILNK posts POSITIVE earnings this 4th Q (earnings should be announced in two weeks) is nil (100% chance they will be negative). When the financing dries up for ILNK they will be done. Technological advances will also render any technology this Company did have as obsolete in due time (don't have resources for R&D to be a major long term player in this competetive arena IMO). If their current technology was as good as hyped Company could have done a regular IPO and raised necessary funds instead of a reverse merger and financing on very unfavorable terms (4% plus above prime with potential massive dilution to current shareholders).
