Well, you just made up a very good story with your wild imagiination.

We all know that no dealer will sell product to lose money. If the dealer do not have confidence that IE is better than NV, they won't sign an exclusive contract. Besides ,
the dealers can always sign a contract with NSCP !!!!!

What is wrong with exclusive contract ? Have you ever heard of Dodge dealer?
Honda dealer ? or Apple dealer ? Have you ever heard that if you boght round trip ticket from the same Airlines, you get a discount, otherwise you do not have the discount ? All these are exclusive contract. Do you think from DOJ's point , they are all criminals ? The point is choice . The dealer had the freedom to decide to accept the exclusive contract or not, or they can go to NSCP. The consumers can buy the products from either Microsoft's dealers or NSCP's dealers. These are what we called freedom of choice . So, what is wrong with it ?????? Heave you ever heard of Benze Mercede dealers ? Do you think Benze is worse than Yugo ?

You are just a dreamer , a big one. A guy full of nonsense in mind !!!!!!!!!!
