Rumours going around pretty much agree with what you're saying. If a large company buys, there may be more of a chance for a price close to NAV, however the likelihood of this is very much in the air. Using their last prospectus and current reserve and debt numbers, I see NAV in the range of $6 to $8.50, depending on your assumptions. Lots of people will take a loss even at these prices. Current trading makes it look doubtful that REL s/h will get this much (and I'm one of them).
