However, after this coming Friday and hopefully the end of the impeachment trial of the President I wonder what would (or could) Republicans talk about! Certainly they have proven not interested in public issues and policies. I do not believe anyone with a sense of logic can take them seriously even if they start talking about public policies! They have lost it completely. It would be as if David Duke (or his fellow KKK friends) talk about important public policies and issues even if they have some really valid and interesting ideas! The republicans no longer are considered to be connected to the main stream society (or to this world for that matter). Therefore I suspect after President Clinton's trial the next hot subject for the Republican party may in fact be the TinkyWinky's purple dress and red magic bag. How else can Republicans of the late 1990's stick together on issues other than sex and their other obsessions with the subject! Regards,
