OK,

I've read everyone's thoughts from yesterday and I like the possibility of JNNE buying out AFNS, but if that isn't the case I still think a favourable settlement is not in jeopardy.

If the restructuring that was being discussed between AFNS and this Delaware Corporation back in January (and probably before), these transactions would have to be announced in court. I cannot believe that plans to, in essence, dissolve one of the parties in litigation, could be allowed to remain undisclosed. I also believe that if this Delaware Corp "consummes" AFNS into it's structure ... it's liable for it's debts.

Therefore, where does that leave us? I believe - and this is my humble opinion - that JNNE did not acquire AFNS, but that a settlement will be forthcoming ... without reservation.

All are JMHOs, Rory.

BTW: Excellent job Chief Elio. Congrats on your half mil shares ... wish I had the dough, but hey, I'm still learning.
