you letter is so old its out of date......Mr Fisher conducted a full blown proxy...went to court and successful garnered 51% of all votes...Vito has been removed bu shareholder vote and the company is now in the hands of people who have the skill and dedication to push this company forward....The is a lawsuit of minority shareholders against Vito Bellezza pending...I for one am glad to be rid of Mr Bellezza....he crushed the value of the stock with ignorance and mal fiesance
