But there isn't any information there that indicates the 17th or any other day this month.

I figure the IPO will occur this spring, but those things take time to prepare. Seems to me that an announcement on an IPO this month would be slightly premature. JMO

I'm still in this mode that I think we're looking at a correction in the overall market. And corrections hurt almost every company in the market.

But according to timing, I'm looking for something other that suppositions to convince to reenter IDTC before it has reached its support at $12. Hitting and bouncing off of $12 would set up a nice "W" formation that would put a floor under the stock and then we could start rebuilding.

I'm just getting risk adverse and tired of catching falling knives. I want to see it show absolute support at a certain level.
